HR, payroll & field service

v1.0 · in pilot

MafieldHR, payroll and field teams — handled.

Mafield runs the entire employee journey — onboarding, attendance, leave, claims, appraisals, payroll and exit — with Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Form 16) built into the payroll engine rather than left to your consultant. An optional FieldOps module schedules field engineers, tracks site visits with GPS-verified attendance, and keeps working even when the network doesn't.

What it does for you

The difference you actually notice.

Payroll that knows the law

PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, Form 16, bank transfer files — generated by the system, not assembled by hand every month.

Employees help themselves

Payslips, leave requests, claims and attendance live in a self-service portal and mobile app, so HR stops being a help desk.

Field teams, finally visible

Dispatch engineers, verify site attendance with GPS and geofencing, and capture work orders offline — synced when the signal returns.

Approvals with guardrails

Every request follows your approval chain, every sensitive field is permission-controlled, and every change is logged.

Built properly

What's underneath, in plain words.

You shouldn’t need to be an engineer to trust your software. Here is what matters about how Mafield is built.

Proven in real use

Version 1.0 is complete and running in pilot with its first two customers — real employees, real attendance, real payroll runs.

Security that fails safe

Seven security checks run before any request touches your data. If a licence or permission is missing, the answer is no — by default.

Tested like it matters

Hundreds of automated tests across backend and frontend, database-enforced tenant isolation, and zero known critical security findings at release.
