Why we exist
Where this came from.
Most growing companies end up paying for six systems that disagree with each other — a CRM, an accounting tool, a payroll system, a document signer, a reporting tool and a wiki. Each is fine on its own. Together they produce six versions of the truth, and a surprising amount of someone’s week spent re-typing data between them.
We started by building the thing we thought should exist instead: one platform where a deal, the invoice it produces and the salary it helps pay are the same record. That became Mardio. A second platform, Mafield, came from the same instinct applied to HR, payroll and field service, with Indian statutory compliance built into the engine rather than left to a consultant.
Building and operating those two taught us the part most software companies skip: what it takes to run software once it is live, not just ship it. That is what we now bring to client work — and why we build for you the way we build for ourselves.
