This policy covers personal data collected through this website by Dhirix Technologies LLP (“we”), registered in Tamil Nadu, India. Data held inside software we build or operate for a client is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

What we collect

If you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, work email, company name and message you provide, plus the optional service interest, company size and timeline fields if you complete them. We ask for nothing else, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

We also collect aggregate, cookieless analytics about page visits — pages viewed, approximate country, referring site. This is not linked to an individual and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

Why we use it

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement. That is the only purpose. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by a third-party form provider and delivered to our email. Our email and hosting providers process the data in the ordinary course of delivering those services. Each is bound by its own terms and acts on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records are retained for as long as that relationship requires and for any period the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@dhirix.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and is a static site with no customer database attached to it. How we protect data inside the software we build is described on our trust page.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Questions go to contact@dhirix.com.
