One source of truth across the tools you already pay for.

The usual response to a data problem is to buy another system, which produces one more version of the truth. Integration is the cheaper answer: make the tools you already pay for agree, put the numbers in one place, and let people stop reconciling by hand.

Is this you?

You probably need this if…

  • Two dashboards show different numbers for the same thing
  • Someone exports from one system to import into another, weekly
  • A customer exists three times under slightly different names
  • Nobody can answer a simple question without a spreadsheet exercise
  • Your tools have APIs that nobody has ever connected

What we do

How we approach it.

Decide what's authoritative

For each kind of record, one system owns the truth and the others follow. Most integration pain is really an unmade decision about ownership.

Build pipelines that survive failure

Retries, idempotency and dead-letter handling, so a provider's bad afternoon doesn't quietly corrupt a month of data.

Reconcile and report on it

Automated checks that the systems still agree, and an alert when they drift — rather than discovering it at year end.

Give people the numbers

Dashboards built on the reconciled data, so the figures in a board pack and the figures in the system are the same figures.

Scope

What this covers.

  • API & third-party integration
  • Data pipelines
  • Master data management
  • Dashboards & reporting
  • Warehousing & BI

Why take our word for it

Mardio exists because six disagreeing subscriptions is the normal state of a growing company — in it, a deal, the invoice it produces and the salary it helps pay are one record.

What you get

Concretely, what lands in your hands.

  • A data ownership map across your systems
  • Working integrations with monitoring
  • Reconciliation checks and drift alerts
  • Cleansed and de-duplicated master data
  • Dashboards on the reconciled data
  • Documentation of every data flow

How to buy

How this is usually engaged.

1–2 weeks · fixed fee

Discovery sprint

We sit with the people who do the work and write down how your business actually runs — the entities, the approvals, the exceptions — then scope and estimate the build against it.

Defined outcome · staged payments

Fixed-scope project

A written scope, milestones you pay against, and working software in your hands early. Ninety days of defect warranty from go-live, measured against the scope we agreed.

Ongoing · agreed response times

Managed & AMC

We operate and improve what's live: monitoring, patching, enhancements, and agreed response times for when something breaks. Business hours, with extended cover available.

FAQ

Questions we hear about this.

What if a tool has no API?

Most have one, even if the vendor doesn't advertise it. Where there genuinely isn't one, we fall back to scheduled file exchange or a scripted export — and we'll tell you plainly that it's the fragile option.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Usually not at first. If you have a handful of systems, direct integration plus a reporting database is simpler and cheaper. We'd rather tell you that than sell you a warehouse you don't need yet.

Who fixes it when an integration breaks?

We build in monitoring so you find out from an alert rather than from a customer. Ongoing responsibility for fixing it is what a managed engagement covers.
