This website is operated by Dhirix Technologies LLP, registered in Tamil Nadu, India. By using it you accept these terms. They govern the website only — any work we do for you is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence.

What's on the site

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, including the claims we make about our own products. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us about your specific situation. Response times and availability targets described on the trust page apply only under a signed support agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and code of this site belong to us. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or use our name or logo to imply a relationship that does not exist.

Where we build software for a client, ownership of that software transfers to the client as set out in the engagement agreement — nothing on this page limits that.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
