What kind of companies do you work with?+
Companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools — typically businesses with real operational complexity: multiple teams, approvals, compliance requirements, or field staff. If your current systems force workarounds, we're a good fit.
Do we own the software you build for us?+
Yes, completely. Source code, documentation and infrastructure configuration are handed over as part of the engagement. You can have any team maintain it after us.
How does an engagement start?+
With a conversation about what you run today and what has to change. From there we produce a written scope and a plan that ships something usable early — you'll see working software before you've committed to the whole journey.
Can you replace systems we already use?+
Yes — that's most of our work. We migrate in stages you can keep operating through, and we don't switch anything off until its replacement is proven with your own data.
You mention AI. Is our data safe?+
AI in our systems works under the same rules as a human user: it has its own identity, its own permissions, and every action it takes is logged. It cannot see data it isn't authorised for, and you can always answer what it did and why. We're also provider-agnostic — if your data can't leave your infrastructure, we can run the model on it instead.
How are engagements priced?+
Four shapes, depending on what you need: a fixed-fee discovery sprint, a fixed-scope project paid against milestones, a monthly dedicated team, or ongoing managed support. We quote after discovery, once there's a written scope to quote against — not before.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?+
Often that's the better arrangement. We can take a defined piece of the system, add senior capacity to your existing team, or lead the build with your developers alongside us so the knowledge stays with you.
What happens after the project ends?+
You get the source code, documentation and infrastructure configuration, and any competent team can take it from there. If you'd rather we kept running it, we offer monitoring, patching and support against agreed response times — but that's your choice, not a condition.
